Privacy policy

This policy covers gameselctorlab.com. We've kept it short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or put in an email to us: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is requested. This site will never ask for passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity documents, and you should not send them.

How the form works

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which passes your message to our inbox. FormSubmit handles the message under its own privacy terms while it is in transit.

What we do with it

We use your message to reply and to fix the site if you've reported a mistake. We don't sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. Messages are deleted within 12 months unless an ongoing conversation needs them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security, as nearly every host does.

Links to games

When you open a game from this site you move to the game developer's website. Their privacy policy applies there, not this one.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected]. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
